These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of this website. By placing an order through www.illtreat.co.za, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Products and Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or change products and pricing at any time without notice.
3. Orders and Payments
- Orders can be placed online through our website.
- We currently accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) as our primary payment method.
- Orders will be processed once payment has been received and confirmed.
4. Delivery and shipping options
- Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery is available within South Africa only.
- Delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., public holidays, courier issues).
- Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery across South Africa on all orders over R1000.
- Collection at the ill Treat production house: Orders marked for in-store collection will only be available once you receive a confirmation email notifying you that your items are ready for pickup.
- Order Processing Times: Orders placed after 16:00 or over weekends will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
- The Courier operates from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.
- Our trusted courier partners are door to door couriers, no P.O Box Addresses
5. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@illtreat.co.za with your order details.
- Upon receiving the returned item and before accepting it, we reserve the right to inspect the product. If, in our reasonable opinion, the item is not eligible for return, we are under no obligation to accept it.
- You received an incorrect product.
- The product delivered is damaged or defective.
- The product does not match the requested size or specifications.
- Refunds or exchanges will only be processed once we have received the returned item. All items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. Items that show signs of wear, are missing original packaging, or do not have their tags attached will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
6. Refunds
Refunds will be processed if:
- The returned item meets our return conditions.
- You request a refund instead of an exchange.
- NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES on SALE ITEMS.
- To process returns/exchanges please email hello@illtreat.co.za and make sure you include your order number in the email subject (Banking details will be emailed to you).
- Exchanges can be made in-store. However, if you are returning an item for a refund, the refund will be processed using the same payment method originally used for the purchase. Please note: Refunds will be issued to the same account used during the EFT payment process.
- EFT refunds can take up to 2 working days to be visible in customers’ accounts. Please note this is bank dependent.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including logos, images, designs, and text, is the property of Ill Treat and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
8. Privacy
We collect necessary personal information (such as your name, address, and contact details) solely for processing and delivering your orders. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties, except as required to fulfill your order.
9. Disclaimer
While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions and sizing, minor variations may occur. Ill Treat is not responsible for any incorrect information supplied by third parties.
